SEO Training

I’ve been called “The SEO Agency Consultant”, “an Awesome SEO Trainer” and “the guy who made our head spin and our revenue skyrocket”, traveling around the country instilling best practices in sometimes not-so-best practices environments. You can be the agency that stands out among the others in the SEO community, and I’ll show you how in less than three days.

How My SEO Training Program Works

Day 1 – Assessment

On my first visit, I’ll be asking a lot of questions. I’ll ask to see current process models, project life cycle documents, organization (org) charts, vendor lists, report samples, software usage lists and more. I’ll have a number of group and private interviews with employees and managers. I’ll be taking a ton of notes and recording every pain point and every word of feedback from your respective teams.

I’ll then return to my hotel (or some quiet place at or near your location) to compile all the findings and build a presentation with recommendations, most likely based on your current processes to make change as transparent as possible.

Day 2 & 3 – Training

Depending on your individual needs, I may have one training session with your production team, followed by a training session with your sales team (I have a 90 percent close rate, and I’ll show you my scripts). I’ll have with me sample documents, proposal templates, a list of software and web apps I use, SEO audits, SEO strategic plans and other materials you’ll be allowed to replicate as part of the training.

When I leave, your team’s confidence in their search engine optimization ability will be improved exponentially. Your reports will gleam with enhancements, and your clients will get the results you’ve been promising them.

My SEO Training Fees (subject to change)

The SEO training program I’ve developed typically renders a return on investment from the sales side of the business within the first 45 days, with most SEO contracts ranging from $4k to $150k in value (over the life of the contract). Therefore, I try to keep my fees competitive and reasonable.

As of January 2016, my program fee is a flat $5,000. I’ll pay for my own travel and lodging. If you are interested in having me train your SEO team, please call (562) 732-4417. I look forward to working with you and helping you increase your SEO sales and improve your service delivery.
